What is c-section

First, what is the meaning C- section or cesarean section delivery, and why it is to be done?

It is a surgical procedure or surgical incision in which a baby is delivered through a mothers’ abdomen and uterus. Is done to avoid the risk of the mother or the baby during the delivery. It includes obstructed labor, twins, or more pregnancy and other medical reasons that affect fertility.

Develop a weight loss plan for toning that tummy. For healthy weight loss, aim to lose about a pound per week. At this rate, it will take you 15 weeks (about four months) to lose 15 pounds of baby weight post-c-section.

    This is an extremely great topic because I can honestly say that I have been through the C-section as well, let’s just say I had to go for physiotherapy sessions after my pregnancy because I had a breech baby, plus my stomach has really hang. I tried many methods but it has just never gotten back to normal and honestly, I did not want to loose weight quickly to be like a celebrity because I wanted to get back to normal slowly and not quickly. I am curious to find out about the Japanese method and would like to know is it possible to get your stomach back to maybe not it’s original because it can never get there but to a point where it’s in a better condition even after years of not toning it?
