Welcome to my website, ” How I lose belly fats after a c section delivery” And this is my story!

My name is Lyn; I’m a nutritionist, a devoted housewife, and a mother of two smart and amiable daughters.

I was born in the Philippines, a country island in Southeast Asia surrounded by the Pacific Ocean, and with an island with stunning beaches and a beautiful landscape of green waving fields and high mountains.

I married a likable and gentle Japanese man 25 years ago, and now I am living in Osaka, Japan, with my family, my husband Fukuo, and my two smart and amiable daughters, Mio and Rina. Mio is my first daughter; she is 23 years old and a Chemist; she is approachable with a hot temper to challenge new things and charm to makes you laugh even in hard times. Rina, my second daughter, is 19 years old, a college student inspiring to be a school teacher, comely, and admirable.

I gave birth to my two daughters of a cesarean section delivery.

My story starts 25 years ago when I got married and started living in Japan, and I remember every detail vividly as if it was yesterday. I became pregnant soon after the marriage, my husband was so generous and kind, aside from pampering me with love and care, he spoiled me with too much food and he always says ” I don’t want my baby to starve. ” So I ate more than what my body needs.

Every time I visit my obstetrician, she was always amazed at my sudden increase in weight, and she’s still insisting on controlling my food intakes and do pure excise like walking and stretching. I did the walking and stretching, but I was not able to manage my eating habits.

My expected date of delivery was coming over, but there was no sign of giving birth, so my obstetrician decided to go on the surgical procedure a C- section delivery. She added that in my preceding delivery would be the same C- section delivery.

“As” expected, my second delivery was also a C- section delivery.

 

It is how I’ve lost belly fats and weights after my c- section delivery.

After my delivery, I thought it was impossible to get back into my previous weight and shape, but I did it within six months.

It takes heart, dedication, and patience to get your body back. While pregnancy itself is a great deal on your pelvic and abdominal muscles, a surgical procedure or c-section cause even more pain and stress. Due to this, you can not do laborious exercise; there is a need for extra care and dedication to rebuilt and restore the belly and at the same time, lose the excess weight.

3 Easy ways to lose belly fats and additional loads soon after delivery.

1. Take a deep breath. Sit down, like the meditating position, relax, then take a deep breath, inhale from your nose, feel it in your stomach, then exhale slowly from your mouth. Do this five times before you eat your meals. It does, you wonder!

2. Eat a green leafy vegetable. It is not only useful to lose weight but also useful when you are breastfeeding; it increases the capacity to produce natural milk for the baby.

3. Breastfeeding. Breast milk is the best for a newly born baby; it helps the baby to be healthy physically and has a strong resistance to disease. It helps you, too, to lose from extra weights.

My goal is to share and help you lose belly and extra weight you gained after delivery.

For many women, it can seem impossible to get back to a previous baby shapely figure after having a cesarean section delivery.

Yes! It is true, there a need to take in heart, patience, and dedication. C- section is hard on your body because the surgical procedure is delicate to your child and your body. It takes a great dealing on your body, especially on your pelvis and abdomen, and during the surgery, you might lose a lot of blood. And it takes months to heal from the surgery.

I recommend natural and easy ways like taking a walk to your neighborhood, go and shop your food, and select the most excellent deal, drink plenty of water and remain hydrated. The most thing is to breastfeed your baby. That’s the most the simplest way to get rid of extra fats and belly.
