1. Train in a fasted state

train in fasted state

If you’ve ever looked for advice on how to lose fat quickly, especially on the belly, hip and thighs fat you’ve probably read about exercising on an empty stomach.

According to research, training on an empty stomach is a simple but powerful to increase the among of fat your body burns while you work out.

Firstly, you need to understand that it’s not enough to have a stomach that feels “empty simply”.It guarantees nothing in the way of accelerated fat loss.

What can help you lose fat quicker, however, is training in a “fasted” state, which has to do with the levels of various hormones that affect fat loss that goes with an empty stomach.

When you eat food, your body’s insulin levels rise, and it begins breaking down. Exercising when your insulin levels are high, and your body is still processing your last meal. Insulin levels are high is fed training, and exercising when your body has finished, and insulin is low is fasted training.

Research has proven that exercising while in the fasted state offers many more incredible fat loss benefits. It also proves that blood flow in the abdominal region.

It increased when you’re in the fasted state, which helps you burn the stubborn fat in this region.

It is why many people credit intermittent fasting alongside diet and exercise as the most effective way to lose weight quickly.

2. Do High-intensity Interval

High-intensity interval training, or (HIIT) for short, is a method of exercising where you alternate between periods of high intensity and low-intensity recovery. During your high-intensity bouts, push yourself almost as hard as you can, and during your low-intensity periods, try to regulate your breathing in preparation for the next sprint.

Studies show that 17 to 27 minutes of high-intensity interval training resulted in more fat loss than 60 minutes of a traditional bodybuilder. So if your goal is to burn as much fat in a little time as possible, try the HIIT for it helps you!

3. Alcohol is NO! NO!

Alcohol is no!

Enjoying the off cocktail over the weekend would be fine, though you might find yourself waking up to bad headaches, feeling sluggish, and not so good, then maybe it’s time to cut back on the alcohol altogether.

Heavy drinking is one of the most common and sneakiest causes of obesity. If you’re serious about your weight and getting rid of these belly fats, you should consider cutting back or giving up drinking alcohol altogether. Once you reach your goal, there’s nothing stopping you from having some wine on special occasions but regular and binge drinking is a massive none if you want to get those washboards’ abs

4. Stop late-night snacking

Everyone knows that eating late is a big no-no, but with our busy lifestyles and even working late, sometimes it’s unavoidable. However, ensuring that you eat before 8 pm might just be the secret to losing weight.

At night, the body’s metabolism slows down, so undigested calories get stored as fat. Bingeing on food at night can interfere with your sleep, leading to increased stress levels, fatigue, and it turns, less motivation to workout.

5. No More Soft Drinks Instead Drink Tea

We all know soft drinks are not acceptable to our health, but all the diet alternatives available on the market, you may be tricked into thinking you can drink them and still lose weight. Sugary beverages are among the most fattening products on earth. Most soft drinks contain the equivalent of 10 teaspoons of sugar, which causes a huge insulin spike in the body, followed by a drop in insulin levels soon after, leaving you craving more sugar.

Even free sugar alternatives contain unhealthy chemicals that can be more harmful than drinks with natural sugars. Sugar-free options would probably cause different health problems like diabetes, emotional disorders, and more.

Substitute soft drink with Green Tea.

Japanese Approach:

6. Hot bath

Japanese onsen

A hot bath is the secret of Japanese people why they are slim healthier and live longer even they are eating even more than their body needs!

For the Japanese, there is a non-greater way to relax than having a soak in a hot bath. Is it quite common to visit public bathhouses called “Sento”? In Japan, it is perfectly natural to be nude with a group of strangers having a dip in a Sento or onsen (hot spring).

Aside from relaxing the body, it is that a hot bath has a great benefit to the body, such as improve metabolism, inflammation, and improve the condition of your skin.

A study says that taking hot bath burns about 140 calories per hour even when you’re just sitting, enjoying, or relaxing the hot bath or hot spring.

Well, women tended to store more temporary in their bellies and those fat stores and gained and often lost, meaning that belly fat comes off more effortless in the sense that it comes off first. That doesn’t mean you do not struggle with stubborn belly fat that simply refuses to shift, especially that last bit standing between you and a flat stomach.

Furthermore, just because belly fat comes off a bit more easily doesn’t mean less dangerous. Belly fat is the most hazardous location to store fat because it’s known as visceral fat or deep abdominal fat that surrounds your organs.

That means it’s more likely to raise the amount of fat in your blood (known as blood lipid levels) and increase your blood sugar levels, which as a result, raises your risk of heart disease and diabetes.

So if you want to lose that extra layer of the tummy, it’s going to require more than a few sit-ups. It’s got to be more losing fat as a whole and making sure it stays off.

7. Deep Breathing

deep-breathing

In Japan, deep breathing is a routine for everybody, from the small children to the adult, almost everybody starts the day with deep breathing.

It makes you feel good, ease pains, mental clarity, and above all, it burns fats in the bellies and stomach, so as well it helps to detoxify.

Deep breathing is a type of exercise that makes you aware of your breath, so when you inhale (take in air) through your nose, the breath long and slow, and the atmosphere fills your lungs.

The second part of the exercise is to blow all the air from your lungs, nice and slow. You should see your lower belly rise when you breathe in and lower when you breathe out.

When we are experiencing an emotional reaction, slow deep breathing triggers the release of endorphins, producing a calming effect. Who would thought something so simple could do so much for us.

Practice deep breathing throughout your day, and you will quickly begin to notice the benefit.

Protect your skin when enjoying the beautiful sunny day.
