    Thanks for a fascinating article, I love almost all of these foods (except avocados) but I’d never considered their value in losing belly fat. I’m glad my kale, yoghurt and berry morning smoothies are healthy and helping in my belly fat battle!

    I’ve used apple cider vinegar in my salad dressing (its great as the vinegar element of the dressing on a massaged kale salad), but I’ve never had it in water. How much apple cider vinegar would you put in the water so that it doesn’t taste bad?
