  2. As an adult it is amazing how many people suffer from belly fat .It is true when you are child you are always active so i imagine it is easy to keep off belly fat . But there are really no excuse why one should not try to lose the belly fat as it promotes better health and longer life .

  3. This is a great post to bump into my aunt who had a baby is having the same problem of not being able to lose belly fat after getting a baby.

    She is exercising and all but she says nothing is working. She is drinking green tea though of which she says she is using to kill the belly fat, so I am glad to see it being recommended here.

    I am using in my daily diet quite similar products but always having a bit of belly fat on me, I need to make some drastic changes right now.

    So I will follow your personal recomendation for daily consumption of Green Tea, as it’s an easy and quick one to do.

    I will substitute the balsamic vinegar with the apple cider vinegar in my salads and would like to start adding Flaxseeds in my cereals.

I myself have never had kids but I still have always had a pot belly and have kind of got used to it as mostly being my genes. I do however, love all the recommendations on your list and totally agree with all of them as being great fat burners.   6. Ugh! Belly fat! It is one of my concerns these days. So I’m really trying hard to workout, to move as much as possible and of course diet.
    I’ve been hearing the Apple Cider Vinegar to be effective, so I wanted to try it.
    But, will it be safe even i I’m acidic?
